This wheel of Brie has a delicious Mediterranean Tomato Brochetta topping with chopped Tomatoes,Greek Oregano, Capers, Feta, Scallions and Olive Oil and is rimmed with Toasted Pine Nuts then baked in the oven and served with Pita Chips! What are you most proud of? I am proud to give this delicious variation to Baked Brie.
