Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Yesterdays lean dough.... with new dough lean but with milk instead of water... and some sugar was added. The filling is ham & cheese What are you most proud of? The taste was great... no so much irregular holes... but still the crust was great and the taste was good. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Roll out dough as a pizza then slizes into 8 pizza slices, add filling and roll.
