What are you most proud of? I did it and they are excellent...buttery fluffy exactly right. This is an excellent course and if you follow her exactly you will have success! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch the video as you are doing the course. Do exactly what Collette does...mix it the exact same amount of time, kneed it the exact same amount and you simply cant fail.
