Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Water, unbleached all purpose flour, active dry yeast and salt. What are you most proud of? I am quite happy with the way the dough turned out. It looks similar to how it looked in the tutorial class. Also, am extremely proud of my pizza and am amazed at how great it tastes! It tastes just like a restaurant pizza! What advice would you give someone starting this project? It's not as hard as it looks! :)
