I think I achieved the look I was after. What advice would you give someone starting this project? The lace helped, in my opinion, to get the vintage look and for this I used a product called sugar veil but I used my own design to apply it on. Sugar veil will dry between 3o minutes to over night so be patient with your design. Since the anemone here is white modeling chocolate I used melted chocolate to glue the petals to each other and onto the cake so everything is anchored.
