Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Cake, rice crispie, fondant & chocolate. What are you most proud of? I thought he turned out pretty good. I was still learning the best ways to work with rice crispy stuff and found out that I like modeling chocolate better just because I can get it to stay in place better. If you have just a tad too much butter or the wrong kind of butter...I found that the rice crispy will not hold it's shape. We live and learn! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Find a picture, a mug, a figurine or even a paper weight (that is where I sound this image of Rameses) and use it as your inspiration...there are sooooo amny pictures of stuff online and things around the house, just open your eyes and take a look around!
