Sweet 16 Ombre

Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake 7 graduated colors of Marshmallow Fondant, gum paste, skewers, gel colors, Ball tool, Flower petal pad, hand crank pasta machine What are you most proud of? turning over the cake was easier than I thought What advice would you give someone starting this project? As the instructions say - use only a THIN layer of butter cream under the fondant. I did not and it started to slide while inverted. Next time I would make fewer number of ombre levels and have a more dramatic transition of colors
