Sweet 16 Mardi Gras Cake

Project Description

Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I used Modeling Chocolate to do the Pink Diamond and transfer them. I used Black ( Modeling Chocoalte ) to do the Big Diamonds. I Did the big mask all out of Chocolate and I did Flow work. I then hand painted the gold dust. I used a cake pop mold for the small masks and bling cake pop sticks and used chocolate no cake. When You lift the topper the necklaces fell off! Candy coin garnish. Oh and edible disco dust.
