Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Sugarveil, fondant and flower paste What are you most proud of? The symmetry of the cake was difficult to achieve as each of the fondant bands had to be just the right length and it took a long time to make all of those ruffles! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Go to a class and learn face to face. Sugarveil is extremely tricky, expensive and time-consuming, but the effects you can achieve make perserverence worth the effort.
