Project Description

Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake MM fondant, classic buttercream (didnt work as well as ganache), modeling chocolate. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Using ganache definitely helps getting the crisp top. My classic buttercream was too soft and I couldnt get a crisp edge on top.
