I fooled a few party-goers! The best part was the look on my daughter's face when she saw the extra-tall creation. It was four layers of cake that were each torted and filled. The cake was over 10" tall! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't use an extruder to make the "snakes". The hand-rolled fondant looks more realistic. Embrace the crazy lumpy, bumpy snakes.
