What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make more seashells & coral than you need to allow for breakages,.. they can always be used as sweets for the occasion. I also freeze any left over coloured fondant icing. It keeps very well, can be cut while frozen, & is a great standby for decorating teatime fancies.
