Sure. I used an 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, a stick of butter, 1 tsp of vanilla, a tsp of orange juice and 2 lb bag of CS. I doubled the recipe for this size cake. Thank you!

I've been taught that in hot weather you have to avoid butter. Not sure if you are familiar with Lorann Oils but they make a cream cheese flavoring. I would experiment with it using a stable butter cream recipe as my base. Omitting the butter.
