Cake decorating and Link to website or online shop Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake This 4 tier wedding cake was made with vanilla and chocolate pound cake tiers, iced with Swiss meringue butter cream, covered in fondant and decorated with hand made gum paste pastel coloured roses, hydrangea and blossoms. I use the butter cream recipe taught by Joshua John Russell. I learned how to make gum paste roses from Nicholas Lodges' classes. Cutters were used to make the hydrangea and blossoms and then attached with royal icing using the Wilton royal icing recipe.
