Neapolitan Cake

Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I use a small star tip for this kind of decoration. Used 3 flavored Swiss Meringue Buttercream to make its shape hold. Pipe it around randomly until it covers the whole cake. As for the cake i used a simple Black Magic Cake recipe and my favorite cream cheese frosting ( also flavored with chocolate, strawberry and vanilla). What are you most proud of? For all the Neapolitan flavored ice-cream, you should give it a try. It does taste like ice cream..and everyone gobbled it in a day. =) What advice would you give someone starting this project? Patient...yeah..lots of patient. There are a few steps, like making the cake, preparing the Swiss Meringue Buttercream and the fillings, but its worth it.. so give it a try, Kids would love to join in the pipping the flowers.. because there is no specific rules. just pipe here and there. Good luck guys and gals.. ;-) p/s: Sorry for the wrong spelling of Neopolitan. It should be Neapolitan..
