Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I am practicing on techniques I've learned in the Craftsy classes I've taken.... I am pre-diabetic and can't actually EAT the cakes I make, so I take them to the restaurant staff where I used to work (my son is now a Chef there). I will get honest feedback from them about taste, etc....
