It was stable and elegant and the bride was over the top when she saw it. I loved the idea that I have taller cakes in this design giving me more creative license. What advice would you give someone starting this project? I really love working with the fondarific rolled fondant it is so forgiving and gives you the time you need when you are a beginner like me. Although this cake was done in butter cream the band of beads and the gems were all done in fondant and glued on with white chocolate. Worked like a charm just like Marinia Sousa.
