What are you most proud of? The total outcome, ruffled royal icing border matching the ruffled flower. This is my first 2 tiers cake ! bottom is 6inches and second is 4 inches. Red velvet, vanilla buttercream, satin Ice fondant. Flower : satin Ice gumpaste and royal icing center What advice would you give someone starting this project? I should have stopped and adjust the consistency of the royal iing when piping the pattern on the bottowm tier , It was not thick enough . Try to better adjust the pattern around the cake .
