I'm always pretty proud of my molding/sculpting work...I was really happy to use Joshua John Bell's Royal Icing Piping technique and Bubble Tea Straw Dowel method...........but in this case I'm SUPER proud that I stacked the cake well and it didn't collapse! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Draw a mockup of how you want the cake to look and Use Lots of Dowels!!!
