Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake 2/3 French Buttercream mixed with 1/3 American Buttercream What are you most proud of? This cake is entirely gluten free. I put together my own cake flour mix and did not/do not use decorator's frosting or additive to the icing. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Real butter, buttercream does not hold up well in heat. Test your recipes before an important project!
