I am most proud of the gelatin decorations. I had never done it before, nor did I have any of the textured sheets suggested for gelatin decorations. I used some paisley candy molds and they turned out great. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Allow plenty of time for the gelatin decorations to dry. While they are super simple to make, some of them took several hours to dry enough to remove from the mold. When doing the reverse buttercream transfer, pipe the letters first (in this case "Kumon") then put it in the freezer to get nice and firm. This way, when you add the background, you are less likely to smear the words.
