Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Red Velvet and Yellow Cake with Chocolate Mousse filling, Butter Cream Icing, Fondant, Sugar Pearls, Royal Icing. What are you most proud of? I was amazed that I was able to get the wrap fondant method to work. I think it would look more like a box if it was square. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure your wrap piece it tall enough. Mine was 1/4 inch too short so I made the top circle a little bigger to compensate. It all worked.
