Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake American buttercream, edible images, modeling chocolate on cake. What are you most proud of? This was my first modeling chocolate project after taking the class. I was very happy with how my lessons helped me to create and handle the design elements. I would have been prouder of it had I gotten the buttercream smoother. That's my biggest "issue" in cake decorating. Unfortunately, the foundation ends up being key to the finished product. They WILL get better! :)
