Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake This cake was made for the birthdays of two pastry students. Using gum paste to make model figures as shown in the class. Cake was a devils food cake with chocolate mousse filling and classic yellow cake with a banana cream filling. Cakes are layered and covered with a marbled fondant then stacked. To add a touch of elegance I made three fondant roses for the top and then braided three stands of fondant for the garland. Topped off with our budding chefs.
