Be the Match. A race to save a life

Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Pastillage, royal icing, gumpaste, make your own mold, poured chocolate, modeling chocolate What are you most proud of? The longhorns!!!!!!!! I origonally wanted to do them out of poured sugar but decided to do chocolate instead. I then airbrushed them for a bronze look There are 8 on the cake. They are there because once the runners cross the finish line which is the suspension bridge you pass 12 life size longhorns. What advice would you give someone starting this project? allow a lot of time this took about 100 hours
