I am most proud of how nice the cake turned out. The rosettes were nice and clean and the whimsical feel of the cake was exactly what I was going for. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Practice piping your rosettes on a sheet of waxed paper or the back of a cookie sheet until you are comfortable - before moving onto the side of the cake.
