Finally conquered my fear of fondant!! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't lay your fondant on top of cold buttercream as once it starts getting to room temperatura it will start sweating and fondant being sugar, I can't explain the mess!! Refrigerate your crumb coat but not your second buttercream coat before covering with fondant OR allow to reach room temperatura.
