Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake White Chocolate cake filled with Strawberry Mousse/White Chocolate Ganache and frosted/decorated with White Chocolate Buttercream. What are you most proud of? I had finished the cake and it needed some sparkle. I was able to make the cake jewels with jewelry making supplies I had in the house. What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you are a home baker, be sure you have enough space in your fridge for the tiers, and be sure you have enough dowels in your base layer!
