It can be tricky to do the swirls in fondant right, especially on two tiers - one tier can be completely off from the other so I was happy that I was able to get this one to match up pretty well! What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you make crayons out of the modeling chocolate, let them set in the fridge completely and you can take them out and actually use a real pencil sharpener to get a good point (use a new one, not one that has been used with real pencils!)
