Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Fondant icing on a maderia bottom tier and fruit top tier. What are you most proud of? I`m proud of the whole cake cause i`ve never made a two tier cake or done any modelling with fondant icing. So i`m really proud of this cake and the whole family loved it. What advice would you give someone starting this project? My advice to anyone doing anything like this is to have faith in yourself and remember practice makes perfect. Xx
