1953 Cadillac Eldorado Covertible

Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake This cake was for the 45th wedding anniversary of a great couple who loved the 1950 era. So I chose the husband's favorite model of car, with the help of his family...1953 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible. This cake was made with gluten free chocolate cake batter with freshly made raspberry butter cream filling. The seats, tires, and bumpers are modeling chocolate while the exterior of the car was covered with white fondant. I put a small blue glow-light under the car just to help it stand out a bit. What greatly helped was following the Craftsy Classic Car course. The windshield frame though will need a bit of work next time I do this.
