I really took my time and followed along with Colette each step of the way. I must have watched the videos 3 times over and each time I learned something more. What advice would you give someone starting this project? If your husband tells you he doesn't like chocolate croissants, and so you only make 2 because you are the only one who's going to eat them, rethink your strategy and make 2 extra. O and definitely make the ham and cheese!
