I used a brioche dough with chocolate ganache. I rolled out the dough like I would for cinnamon rolls and spread the ganache on the rolled out dough rolled it up and then formed a u shape and twisted the dough . I then stretched it a bit and put it in a buttered round clay bread pot, but you can probably use a cake tin too. Covered a proofed it for about and 45min to an hour. I baked it in a 375 oven for about 45-55 min. Removed it from the pot and cooled it on a rack.
