Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, Saff Instant Yeast, H2O, & fine sea salt. What are you most proud of? I've never baked bread before, so I was really proud of the irregular holes! I could've sworn that I probably punched them all out when I was forming the baguette, but in the end there they were! Also, it was delicious. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Well, my house was pretty chilly so I set the dough near to the stove's "warming zone" after the 4th s&f so that the yeast could do it's thing a smidge more quickly. It took two hours, but it doubled up!
