Exposed Zipper Bag

Project Description

What are you most proud of? Learning how to properly use my serger Gaining confidence serging. Had my Brother 1034 D in a box for five years! Now, I don't feel scared to thread, I am using wooly and decorative threads. Have to say I made a good choice with this class. Best value! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure you work with fabrics that have medium weight for this project. If you don't feel comfortable using serger to serge the zipper, just use your sewing machine. In the long run, you are taking care of your serger. My serger did not like this particular part. I felt I was pushing my luck too much... since I can't afford a more heavy duty machine, I rather play it safe and save money on repairs at the dealer.

What you will need
