PATTERN DETAILS

Sew your own structured e-reader cover! The pattern is emailed as a PDF file. It includes 6 pages of step by step instructions with full color photographs and all pattern pieces. All you need are 4 fat quarters of coordinating/contrasting fabric, interfacing, fusible fleece, a zipper, a sheet of heavy weight quilters template plastic, sew on velcro, thread and a button! This is an intermediate pattern. If you have any questions, feel free to email me. I am more than happy to help if you get stuck! The first pattern is for the Nook, kindle and kobo. You will cut on a separate line for each pattern. The second pattern is for the ipad. This cover features an outer zipper pocket for storing your earphones and your charger and several inner pockets for storing your reader, and other things you may want to keep track of. The velcro pocket is a perfect place to store gift cards and notes. **PLEASE NOTE: I do not recommend storing headphones in the inside velcro pouch as there is a risk of damage to the screen of your e-reader/tablet if it is left stored in the corners. This cover is more structured than my padded e-reader cover as it contains template plastic. It is still soft and padded, though! Of course, you are more than welcome to sell (unlimited) covers that you make from this pattern and I would LOVE to see what you make! **Remember, DO NOT SCALE when you print. Your printer might tell you that "some clipping may occur"... ignore it. Keep scaling OFF!!** Includes patterns for: Nook, Nook Color, Nook Touch Kindle, 2, 3, Kindle keyboard, Kindle Fire, Kindle Touch, Kindle wifi Kobo, Kobo Touch Ipad 1 and 2/3

My name is Berritt. I love crafting, I've been creative as long as I can remember. I have many hobbies (many that come and go!) but sewing has been one that has stuck with me. I taught myself to create patterns, to grade sizes, and to digitize the patterns in adobe Illustrator. It's an ongoing learning process and I love it. I started selling my patterns on etsy in July of 2010 and was actually in the TOP 500 etsy sellers last year!! Number 459, to be exact. That is actually a pretty big deal! Out of ALL the etsy sellers out there...I was number 459. My other interests are baking, photography, and scuba diving (Yes, here in the Puget Sound) I can spin yarn and knit but don't do it often anymore. I have 4 beautiful daughters that I adore, and a wonderful and supportive husband who is absolutely the love of my life! I couldn't do all that I do without him standing behind me (supporting my ever growing list of hobbies and letting me buy all the supplies my heart desires!) I have a sweet German Shepherd named Scout, 2 cats, Oliver and Tuna, and a micro flock of backyard chickens. It's a zoo around here. A busy, busy zoo. It's often chaotic, and cluttered. But I'm so very lucky.
