Meet Pippa! The Laughing Bear! A delightful 16 inch fully jointed bear with an open mouth and inserted tongue. Included are precise and detailed written directions, step by step through the entire bear making process: from pattern cutting to sewing to finishing. Pen sketches illustrate the more difficult aspects of constructing the mouth, the tongue insertion as well as simple pinning. Also included are my "tips" throughout the pattern which I have learned from sources as Rotraud Ilisch of Germany, Linda S. Mead of Spare Bear Parts, and from years of creating my own bear patterns.
