I was inspired to make this pattern because I wanted a case that would protect my business cards and I would always have a clean, unbent, card available to hand out. With having a card on the outside, in a clear window, I know that I have at least one good card to hand out, just in case I did not refill the inside with enough cards. I don't like running into a new possibility and have nothing to hand over my information on. I find I need to carry more cards than ever before. Even just to go to the grocery store I need a card to get those discounts. I am enjoying having different types of cardholders so I know what type of cards are in them. For medical cards, movie theater discount cards, grocery store cards, credit/debit cards/ forms of identification, library cards, etc.: I carry a particular type of case that is easy and quick to identify in my bag. I find it easier than pulling out a giant card case! And if I am heading out for the night with my hubby, I just grab the small card case I need to have with me all the time and tuck it in my small evening bag, or even his suit coat pocket! These little cases meet my needs and I hope that they meet yours as well. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Stitching a straight line. How to apply fusible interfacing.
