Made three little buckets from Cameli's free pattern (available on Craftsy). I wanted to try out the grid-based free motion quilting. It's tremendous fun, really. I've done a fair amount of free motion quilting, but I've always been a bit trepidatious about it because it can be overwhelming. The walking foot-based grid system really gives a lot of dimension and breaks things up so it's not just a sea of decisions to make. This also gave me some practice in small-scale FMQ. I tend to end up with larger, looser patterns when I do FMQ and I want to get better at keeping everything smaller. For scale, the parallel lines of the diamond grid are 1.5" apart.
