2012 Comparison Quilt

What was your inspiration? This quilt is a comparison quilt done as part of a project that the Red River Machine Quilters - the guild I am in - does every two years. Many of us make the same quilt, then each of us chooses a different batting and quilting style to finish them. They are hung as a group exhibit at quilt shows for people to look at, feel and compare the different effects that the different battings can have in a quilt.
