Here are some details about my project:

Sheesh! You forgot to put matches and gasoline on the materials list. I am ready to roast marshmallows with this thing! I don't like the quilting foot at all! I made a mess. I pulled the backing off and will take a break and come back to it. Maybe some more decorative stitching and hand stitching will calm me down. I also noticed I only did 3 layers. I looked at the video list cuz I could not remember how many layers. It says slash the third layer. Duh. You need the fourth or there would be not background. I also feel I slashed too close to the seams to stitch under the frayed edges. I know no mistakes. You can't say that to someone that likes to be teachers pet. Ok. Sleep and some time away from it and back at it later. I want to fill all the spaces with stuff (stitches). Hmm. Rest

Don't be so hard on yourself...it looks great whatever it is!

I totally pulled the stitches that I hated and then fixed the piece. I gifted to. Friend that won't stop going on and on about how much she loves it. I have learned that taste is subjective and what I don't like another can love. I know every project has an ugly phase and that I will never make something that I won't think needs improvement. I also feel, that you can't ignore your feelings and they are going to be there no matter what your brain try's to tell you. I appreciate your support and I take your kind words to heart. People see it and love it, that's what matters, right. A girl in ceramics hates a piece she made cuz we see it like underwater and she says it's supposed to be a tree. Ugh.
