Q&A with jillkearns

cakelady55 asked:
Very cute pattern! Can you please tell me where to find it?
jillkearns answered:
the link is under the photo!
Monkeysmommy asked:
Is it a us8 needle? Also is it two strands of worsted weight yarn worked together? Btw I really like the contrast edge. Is that blanket stitch? The instructions in English say a to a, b to b and c to c. I'm not quite sure what a b and c are supposed to be. Sorry to bombard you with so many questions, but my French is very rusty and I've never made booties so I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this.
jillkearns answered:
I'm trying to remember what needle I used - but I know I used 2 strands of worsted. Basically the shape you are going to make looks like a capital "T" and the leg of the "T" is the sole of the bootie, and then you fold both sides of the "T" down so they line up with the front of the sole. Once you make it it's pretty easy to figure out. And yes, I added the blanket stitch to the top of the "T" before I sewed it together. Good luck! Hope that helps!
