PATTERN DETAILS

The medieval heart of Edinburgh is built on a hill, and is crowned by a fairytale castle. Stone staircases, enclosed in narrow wynds and closes create mysterious passages which ascend the hill. The geometric lace pattern which adorns these socks is inspired by these staircases. Note: this pattern includes charted lace instructions only, the chart is not written out.
