I am most proud of just successfully doing it because this is only the third cake I have ever done. I usually do cupcakes and people have been asking for me to do cakes. What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you can do any fondant dcor ahead of time, you should do it. All the strawberries, leaves, and flowers were done two days in advance. This helps the 3d objects get hard and it makes it easier to arrange on the cake. I always make extra of everything and give it to the customer. If something or someone (like a child who can't help but touch it! lol) knocks off or falls off the cake they always have extra to replace it and fix.
