White chocolate raspberry cake with american buttercream ruffle frosting
Thanks! had a tough time finding the right consistency but it's an all american buttercream not 1/2 & 1/2 and i used heavy whipping cream instead of milk so that gave me a more smoother piping. found it easier to hold the piping completely vertical per row, but you cannot avoid hand cramp with this cake :O)

Not as long as you may thing, i practiced a bit :O). This is a 6 & 8' layer cake, if it was any bigger that would be another story :O)
