Chocolate ganche truffles rolled in cocoa for grapes with fondant grape leaves. What are you most proud of? It tasted great and looked like what I had invisioned, but just making my sister-in-law happy for her wedding was all I needed. What advice would you give someone starting this project? I stacked it like a three tier wedding cake inside. So it had dowel rods between separator plates and a pvc pipe through the center skrewed into a round wood base plate. Structure is everything! Especially when traveling around the back roads of Tennessee to deliver a cake. Plus having the plates to divide where to cut the cake is helpful for uniform and controlled serving.
