I have been a member since Craftsy was called Craftsy the first time. I continued my membership when you became BluPrint. I have purchased dozens of classes over the years. I decided to continue as a premium member because of the quality of The Great Courses classes. I was very frustrated to discover my class purchase credits could not be used to purchase any of The Great Courses. Now I am discovering many of them are NOT included in my premium membership! What is going on? Your premium membership promised unlimited viewing of your classes and now many of the best classes are only available through purchase. Please make this right by providing a way to access these classes without additional charges.
Hello, I tried to access one of the Great Courses on gardening, but it is locked. I thought it was included with the premium membership. How do I access these?
It’s way past October 16th. Where are my Great Courses? You continue to send the same message to everyone who asks, regardless of the date. I loved Blueprint and was a premium customer. I payed for premium on your new Craftsy but it doesn’t seem as good as Blueprint. Will all of the classes we had access to before still be available? Yes or no please.
