Not a question, but I wanted to let Colette know that I made her recipe for pie crust around the holidays and it was amazing!
Great class, love Collete
Not a question just wanted to say to colette that thanks to her and Craftsy I make the most delicious pastries I purchased all of her classes
I’ve always heated my water for yeast to 105-115 degrees. Is that too hot?
I love the way you talk through the reasoning for what you are doing!! Thanks so much.
Is the egg that was added at room temperature?
I would like to print out the recipe.
I would like a copy of the recipe please. Also can I replay the demonstration?
can we get ingredients in cups vs grams
I know that bakers are “rose levy beranbaumed” but what about the home bakers that want to just measure ingredients and not weigh everything. Also, unsalted or salted butter?
Looking forward to serving this for Easter brunch.
Sorry joined late in program and can’t find recipe. Can you steer me to it? Many thanks.
