You showing 4 placemats but only one link works. This isn't very good service when I have paid for premium membership!

What happened to the string of diamonds placemat pattern? The whole reason I bought a membership with Craftsy was to get that pattern. I was waiting for the patterns to be available, and now it is no longer listed.

I wanted the All in a Row pattern. The person who created it sent me a link to her website which does not have the directions...only photos. When I click on GET THE PATTERN on the Craftsy Blog, I get Access denied on Google Drive. I joined Craftsy with a Yahoo email account. It looks like I need a gmail account to access the patterns.

When I click on "Get the Pattern", it takes me to Google Drive. I did not join Craftsy using a gmail account. I don't see a way to access the pattern(s).

A couple of these patterns are mine - how do I go about changing the referral links so they go to my site rather than directly to the download page? Thanks.

I joined Craftsy so I could get these placemat patterns and am very disappointed that they are still not available. How long is this going to take?

It is very disappointing that the placemats are not yet available I fail to understand what is taking so long and why it is so difficult to have this product available. There is no problem debiting my account monthly and I am on the verge of cancelling due to very poor service Mary
