There seems to a number of members who, like myself, cannot access the chocolate macarons recipe. Craftsy, why aren’t you addressing this?

Nice and simple recipe and very well explained. I always have problems about the resting time before going to oven and also, the perfect temperature in the gas oven. Definitely, I am going to try this weekend! Thank you

So sad I missed this life. I’ve been doing macaroons for a while and actually enjoy this class a lot. Please do a class so I can buy and have it available whenever I need. Awesome job Thank you 😊

Where can I get a live vid schedule? Twice now by the time I got the notices in my email the events were over. Are lives done regularly the same day and time? Thanks.

Are the videos that you are presenting this week going to be recorded for those of us unavailable to view at your scheduled 2PM CT showtimes? Many of the subjects are interesting to alot more than just your 2 o’clock viewers.

Is there a way to get the recipe converted to cups and teaspoons/tablespoons? I would also like to say thank you for making it so easy to make these delicious pastries! We have been experimenting with different flavors at home. So yummy!

My oven is accurate. At 315 degrees in a convection oven , in Rochester, NY it takes about 15-17 minutes!!

I got the recipe but I have no idea what 198g of powdered sugar is. Is there a version with cups?
